5) Axelia and Lucas (What Kills Me)

This was such a naturally occurring romance that I jumped for joy. I’m cool with breath stealing kisses and grabby hands but don’t forget that for a lot of people, love blossoms emotionally first before anything got REALLY physical. Axelia is the light hearted jelly to Lucas’ stoic toast. No idea where that came from but jam and toast go great together, no?

4) Tris and Four (Divergent/Insurgent)

Love this coupling because both of them are strong in their own right. No damsels in distress. This is a partnership. They kick ass in between stealing kisses and who doesn’t want that?

3) Echo and Noah (Pushing the Limits)

Their two broken individuals who’ve found a kindred spirit in each other. When they’re not talking and sharing feelings, they’re sharing body heat. This is one steamy coupling that you can’t help but get wrapped up in. These two deserve love more than anyone.

2) Victor and Elizabeth (This Dark Endeavour/Such Wicked Intent)

HOT HOT HOT. Oppel knows how to turn up the heat without having the characters do much. Passion runs in the currents between these two and pulls out something animalistic in each of them. It’s a romance you want to dismiss but also secretly route for.

1) Lena/Julian (Pandemonium)

Love these two together. I said it once and I’ll say it again, these two seem to naturally click with each other whereas with Alex it felt like we were told they were good together. Plus, I love that SHE’S the one opening his eyes to the realities to the Delirium which is a nice role reversal since a lot of the time it’s the guy opening the eyes of the naïve girl (which was essentially Delirium). They’re just so adorable together and you can literally feel new love blossoming between them…
